Respiratory Health Tea blend is made with a lovely combination of both organically grown and wildcrafted plants to help soothe any respiratory complaint. From chest pain to mucus removal, all of these plants aim to help you breathe better.

Thyme, Mullein, Peppermint, Rose, Usnea and Red Raspberry Leaf.

Directions-

1-2 tablespoons in boiling water. Let steep 3-5 minutes.

Serve with honey, sugar or maple syrup.
