New Mama Tea blend is made with a lovely combination of both organically grown and wildcrafted plants formulated for pregnant, postpartum and breast feeding mamas. 

Nettle, Red Raspberry Leaf, Lemon Balm, Chamomile, Motherwort and Orange Peel.

In a 2oz Bag.

Directions-

1-2 tablespoons in boiling water. Let steep 3-5 minutes.

Serve with honey, sugar or maple syrup.
