Ingredients include Elderberries, Echinacea, Cloves and Cinnamon.

Directions: Simmer mixture into boiling water and or Apple Cider Vinegar for 1-3 hours. I typically use equal parts Water to ACV (1 cup/1cup for 2/3 cup of the mixture)
